THQ and Obsidian took the opportunity to blow the lid off their RPG, South Park: The Stick of Truth during Microsoft’s press briefing just a few hours ago. The creators of the show took to the stage to talk about what it means to be “the new kid” in South Park, and what its like to literally explore the world of South Park, which has literally been brought to life for the first time. What many people didn’t catch however is that The Stick of Truth will be Kinect enabled, giving players the ability to use voice commands during battles and perhaps, most interestingly, taunt other characters. We know you’re already thinking about ways to insult Cartman, and we’re sure the writing team is already thinking of how Cartman respond. Microsoft and THQ have also announced that the first three downloadable episodes released for the game will be timed exclusives for the Xbox 360. Check out the brand new trailer for the game, which will release on March 5, 2013, above.
