Minecraft is coming out May 9th and many people have been wondering how it will be updated, seeing as the PC version is regularly treated to newer versions. Well today it appears that an answer has been given. This answer was given to us by Mr. Roger Carpenter, or @PopsRamjet on Twitter. Roger told John Laster, our Consulting Editor, that Minecraft XBLA will be getting updates and that there are DLC plans too, but as he says, “one thing at a time eh”. He works for Microsoft Studios XBLA so the information is coming from a very reliable source. This is fantastic news for all Minecraft fans because now the game will hopefully at least be close to sticking with the current PC version.
