Dragon Ball Z for Kinect QR trailer

Yet another trailer for Dragon Ball Z for Kinect was launched yesterday. The previous trailer detailed how combat would work in game but this one goes in an entirely different direction. This one is all about how the QR codes will impact the gameplay and how the Kinect will read them. While it may not be the most exciting footage it looks like they got the scanning of the cards down and does show a little bit of gameplay for fans to get excited about. We personally can not wait until we get to try it out for ourselves.

Debut Dragon’s Lair trailer flaunts Kinect features

Back in March we learned that the classic adventure game Dragon’s Lair would be coming to Xbox Live Arcade, and with a spiffy new Kinect based control scheme. Today, we’re able to deliver the first trailer for the updated version of the game, including our first look at how the Kinect setup will work. The trailer also highlights the game’s two-player cooperative mode, as well as its photo sharing feature that is only possible thanks to Kinect. Check out the trailer for yourself by clicking play on the video above.

For those unfamiliar, Dragon’s Lair was first released via laser disc in 1983. With a cartoon-like appearance crafted by former Disney animator Don Bluth, Dragon’s Lair charmed nearly all who played it with its revolutionary appearance. Since its initial release, the game has been ported to various platforms including iOS most recently, but has never been brought to a home console in high-definition and with motion controls, like the XBLA version will feature. We still don’t have a release date or pricing information on the XBLA version of Dragon’s Lair, but stay with us here at XKFans and we’ll bring you that news and more as it breaks.
