Angry Birds Trilogy out today

Angry Birds Trilogy has hit store shelves today for the price of $39.99. The game includes Angry Birds, Angry Birds Seasons, and Angry Birds Rio. We look forward to being able to see how classic Angry Birds controls with Kinect. The game can be picked up at most major retailers but if you are looking to get it at Amazon click here.

New Dance Central 3 tracks announced

In preparation to get everybody super excited for Dance Central 3 Harmonix has announced 10 new songs for Dance Central 3. The songs are as follows:

  • Black Eyed Peas – “Boom Boom Pow”
  • Flo Rida ft. Sia – “Wild Ones”
  • Heavy D & The Boyz – “Now That We Found Love”
  • Jennifer Lopez ft. Pitbull – “On The Floor”
  • Justin Bieber – “Boyfriend”
  • Katy Perry – “Firework”
  • New Kids On The Block – “You’ve Got It (The Right Stuff)”
  • Nicki Minaj – “Starships”
  • Panjabi MC – “Beware Of The Boys (Mundian To Bach Ke)”
  • Shannon – “Let The Music Play”

There is music in that list for everybody and at least song will suit your fancy. They also announced a wealth of pre-order bonuses for various conturies and stores which can be found below. If anything this news has us only more excited the game’s October 16th release date.

Dragon Ball Z Kinect gameplay trailers

Dragon Ball Z Kinect is on the floor at this year’s Tokyo Game Show where IGN took video of their staff playing the game for the world to see. For the first time ever, players step into the shoes of their favorite DBZ characters, and go toe to toe in battle in first-person, using Kinect to batter your enemies with your own motions. You can check out the first video above, and then use the link below to view the second. Namco Bandai will publish Dragon Ball Z Kinect in North America on October 31st.

There are deals to be had for Kinect gamers

Two games will be on sale through the Kinect Central hub on the Xbox in the coming weeks. As of right now until September 24th Dragon’s Lair is 50 percent off of its normal $10 price point which means it can be had for 400 Microsoft Points or $5. Next week, September 25th to October 1st, Kinect fans can pick up a Kinect Star Wars Snow Rancor for 80 Microsoft Points or $1 which is 50 percent off of its normal price. This little piece of DLC allows players to use a Snow Rancor in Rancor Mode rather than the regular one from The Return of Jedi that Luke encounters. There is also avatar gear available now for fans of the upcoming game: Fable: The Journey. Links for the products can be found below.

Kinect Nat Geo TV and Kinect Sesame Street TV are out now

Kinect Nat Geo TV and Kinect Sesame Street TV are both out now. They each cost 2400 Microsoft Points or $30 a piece or individual episodes from each series can be purchased for 400 Microsoft Points or $5. There are eight total episodes. Both games look fantastic for all those pre-k gamers out there.

Depth Hunter 2 announced

Depth Hunter 2 has been announced from Biart but no release date has been given just yet. The game focuses on underwater diving and players will take on the role of a diver that explores the secrets of the oceans, wrecks, and lost cities. The game will work with Kinect although no description as to how it will work was given. You can count us interested in the title especially with knowing that Biart originally wanted to port the first Depth Hunter to XBLA but the title has not appeared on the service yet.

Harry Potter for Kinect demo out now

A demo for Harry Potter for Kinect has hit the digital store shelves and is currently available to download for all Gold members on Xbox Live, but don’t fret Silver members next Tuesday, the 18th, it shall be available to you too. The demo launches in prep for the game’s October 9th release date. With such little fanfare surrounding Harry Potter for Kinect‘s upcoming release the demo is certainly in order and we highly recommend checking it out to prep for what is to come. NBA Baller Beats out now

NBA Baller Beats is out now at a most retailers near you for the low price of $59.99. Baller Beats marks the first Kinect game to come with an additional required peripheral, a basketball. Double Fine Happy Action TV now Kinect Party

This weekend at PAX Prime, Double Fine Productions announced that Double Fine Happy Action TV will now be known as Kinect Party. That’s perfectly fine by us, since a good amount of the Xbox Kinect Fan’s staff’s parties already revolve around partying with a Kinect.
