Activision is bringing Wipeout 3 to Xbox 360 and Kinect, presumably sometime this year. Not to be confused with Wip3out, Wipeout 3 is based on the Wipeout TV show; which features various members of the public, attempting obstacle courses before falling into the water below them.
The game will feature over-the-top action as players run through their favourite obstacles from the TV show. By taking an over the shoulder view, you be able to run through courses made exclusively for the game. Using the Instant Replay you’ll be able to watch all the trips, flips and falls that will undoubtedly happen during the game. There will also be split screen multiplayer, team modes that will support up to four players and a whole host of unlockable characters, items and special themed episodes.
As the game is also releasing on Wii and 3DS not all the details will necessarily be true of the Kinect version.
